The free planner

The content planner on this site is free to use for your own business. Plans, captions, and hashtags it generates are yours to post. We may update or change the planner at any time.

The done-for-you service

What it is: we plan, caption, and post content to your Instagram account — 3–5 posts per week plus stories — based on the photos and videos you provide.
Price: $200 per month. No contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Getting started: subscribing and connecting your account starts a manual setup — we confirm your shop details with you personally before posting begins.
Your content: you are responsible for the photos, videos, and information you send us, and for having the right to use them. You keep ownership of everything you provide.
Your account: you are responsible for your Instagram account and for keeping your login secure. Never share your password with us — setup never requires it.

No guarantees

We work to keep your page active and consistent, but we do not guarantee specific follower counts, reach, sales, or other results.

Liability

The planner and this website are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Posthaus Media is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or service.
