What we collect

Contact details you give us — your email address and Instagram handle when you unlock the planner, subscribe, connect your account, or queue a post.
Content you send us — photos, videos, and captions you submit so we can prepare your posts.
Basic site preferences — your language choice and planner access are stored in your own browser (local storage). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To provide the planner and the done-for-you posting service.
To reply to you and set up your account — including one thank-you email when you subscribe.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit, and this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers process the information only to deliver the service.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us — just reply to any email from us or message @posthaus_media on Instagram, and we will take care of it.
